I have extensive experience within both voluntary and public services ranging from interim manager to Service Director.

Key Achievements:

  • Review and development of regional community services for people living with HIV, developing new ways of working that enhance quality while achieving targeted cost efficiencies
  • Development of an integrated model of service delivery within the community, focusing on a collaborative service delivered in partnership between NHS and voluntary sector providers
  • Design of a service specification and business case following extensive consultation with staff, commissioners, service providers and service users, spanning a range of service providers and professional disciplines
  • Facilitated sessions with nursing and mental health staff to map and develop referral care pathways
  • Development of a strategy for cancer nursing for an NHS Trust provider within the context of the Cancer Reform and End of Life Strategies
