"Following the announcement that a very well established HIV social care charity was to close, decisions needed to be taken as to which core services needed to be protected and transferred to other providers. Jenny undertook a needs assessment and a series of consultations with service users, service providers and other stakeholders. The excellent report that Jenny produced provided clear and comprehensive recommendations for future service provision. Those recommendations have now been implemented as part of our integrated care pathway for HIV services."
Stephen Nicholson, HIV Service Commissioner

"Jenny has the ability to think strategically as well as focus on the
day-to-day objectives of an organisation. She has a particularly strong
understanding of the difficulties of accountability and management
structures within charities and voluntary organisations. I have seen how in
practice she is able to deal with a range of difficult organisational and
human resource issues sensitively and effectively."

"Jenny Harper was commissioned to give expert management support to the Diocese of Chichester for the day-to-day and strategic management of Open Door, an HIV-support project of the diocese. Jenny's role included an assessment of the on-going sustainability of the organisation in light of significant changes that impacted on the ongoing viability of services. She presented strategic options to the Church in Society department and to the Bishop's Council to inform decision-making. Jenny further undertook a consultation exercise with service-users, volunteers, staff, and other agencies to identify service-user needs for future provision by other agencies following the planned closure of the Open Door project. Jenny's role concluded with the presentation of a consultation report to the Primary Care Trust commissioners which outlined recommendations for the ongoing development of voluntary HIV-support services within a network of providers. Jenny's work ensured the effective transfer and continuation of serces to offer sustained support to vulnerable service-users."
Revd Barry North
Adviser for Church in Society, Diocese of Chichester

"I was extremely impressed with the content and professional delivery of the Risk Management work I commissioned from Jenny. During the course, within a safe environment, all delegates were encouraged to express their ideas and contribute in a positive way. There is clear evidence that they are confidently using the skills and knowledge learned from the course now that they are back in the workplace. Jenny will be running another course for us later this year and I would have no hesitation in recommending her services as a professional training provider."
